Description
Picture is looking down at half of Blackwater Falls from a high overlook on the gorge's rim, and featuring some autumn foliage bearing trees. The boardwalk, closer to the picture than the waterfall, is dwarfed by the 63 foot tall cataract of roaring water well fed by recent rains. The boardwalk is the only guided entrance into the Blackwater Canyon, and makes a steep descent from the rim above.
