Description
The leftover mists and rain from Ernesto (a former hurricane) formed a very humid environment where any additional areas of evaporation can saturate the atmosphere enough to form clouds. Here just above the river rapids, low clouds formed and moved eastward through the canyon just before sun down. The river deepens rapidly through Blackwater Canyon following the Blackwater Falls.
