Distant Superstition Mountains with Desert Color Near Tortilla Flat

An unusually rainy March has aided in some spectacular green colors coming to life in the normally dreary desert highlands east of Apache Junction, and above the little tourist stop of Tortilla Flats. The green contrasting against the bright yellow and golden rocks made for some beautiful scenery.
