Laurel Ridge Windmills Above Cranberry Glade Lake

Pictured is an autumn scene with windmills in the background overlooking Cranberry Glade Lake. The high tech windmills are part of the largest windmill farm in the eastern United States, and are located in Fayette County, while this photograph was taken in Somerset County. Approximately eleven or more windmills can be seen from this beautiful lake’s shores.
