Distant Laurel Hill with Rustic Fence at Somerset
A distant laurel ridge poses as a great wall speckled with plenty of fall color at the horizon with a rustic pioneer style fence in the foreground. Somerset County Historical Center is a place well worth a visit to see log cabins from across the county collected here and detailing the various stages of early settlement in the county. I had taken a similar picture years ago of this same scene that adorns the back of Snyder of Berlin Potato Chips. It's a scene worthy of more captures.
