Thunderhead Behind Mogollon Rim and Courthouse Butte
Picture taken during evening near Sedona, Arizona featuring a Thunderhead rising up from behind the distant Mogollon Rim and a shoulder of Courthouse Butte (that makes a near perfect arch), and even the red Schnebly Hill Sandstone foot of Cathedral Rock. Thunderstorms were firing all along the higher elevations on top of the Mogollon Rim this evening, but the lower elevations surrounding Sedona were spared of any rain.
