Lindy Point Overlook Rock and Fall Foliage
A singular pier of rock stands before the wide vista of Blackwater Canyon surrounded by an impressive display of Monongahela National Forest fall foliage color in the high country of West Virginia. Photograph was taken while pointing below the sun as it was near to setting on October 10, 2009. The setting sun's light can be seen reflected in the distant Blackwater River far below in the valley.
