Description
Here you can see a once common sight in the greater Connellsville area - railroad bridges traversing the Youghiogheny River. Once one of the most industrialized regions in the world, the Youghiogheny River valley had railroad lines running both sides of the river. Those days are now long passed and becoming easily forgotten. This is one of the few bridges crossing the Yough remaining, and its day of doom could already be decided. Picture taken just below the Yough River Trail.
