Autumn Palette of Color along Casselman River
Pictured is a scene looking across some sandstone rocks in the Casselman River towards a rich palette of fall foliage on the opposite shore where vegetation big and small have succumbed to the effects of an approaching winter. Picture was taken shortly after sunset on the Pinkerton Horn, a peninsula in the river and just off of a spur of the GAP or Great Allegheny Passage Trail in Somerset County of Pennsylvania.
