Hot Air Balloon and Mists of Genesee River's Middle Falls
A hot air balloon takes off and rises rapidly above the Genesee River and Gorge with its spectacular waterfalls as seen from Inspiration Point Overlook within Letchworth State Park, New York in early September. The gorge is hailed as the Grand Canyon of the East but almost as impressive is the fourteen mile long wall of stone erected by the state to protect scenery seekers from falling off the cliffs that abound here.
