Organ Mountains Turned Maroon at Sunset
A tranquil sunset lit picture of the Organ Mountains during hurricane force wind gusts as taken from "A" mountain above Las Cruces, New Mexico. A building, apart of the NMSU Observatory, blocked the unforgiving westerly's providing me a safe place to take pictures as this incredible view of the Organs turned a beautiful maroon hue. The 9,000 foot Organ Needle Peak, featured, is the highest of this mountain range.
