Jordan Pond's Pink Granite Glistening before Acadia's Bubbles
An early morning sun's rays are glistening off boulders of pink granite rock along the shore of Jordan Pond with some of Acadia National Park's mountains the appropriately named Bubbles standing in the background. The cool waters of Jordan Pond wave about while in the deep shade of spruce covered hills and mountains. Picture was taken in late July directly from the Jordon Pond Loop Trail.
